If you are vomiting for more than a couple hours, visit the hospital if you haven’t done so already. Also, a liquid diet for 24-48 hours. So things like water, flat ginger ale, apple juice.   2. Frozen Gatorade ended up being a lifesaver for me! Next time I get sick with something like this, I’ll freeze some Gatorade in some ice cube trays for sure!
